Scott Beale began his career in the aviation industry as an Assistant Operations Logistics Manager in the U.S. Check Corporation from 1992 to 1996.  Currently the Senior Vice President of Sales and Corporate Development of Tempus Applied Solutions, he has established and developed a number of aviation companies before his joining Tempus.  As the CEO of Aerodynamics Incorporated, Scott led the team to new business and diversification efforts to multiply its revenues.

He also has founded The Paulding Jet Center, a fixed-based operator and maintenance repair operations in Atlanta, GA, where he was accountable for the budgeting and its successful startup revenue that grew to an average of 25 percent plus a quarterly growth within the first 18 months of operations.  As the CEO, President, and Founder of Flightworks Inc., he successfully acquired Mountain Aviation as a subsidiary.  From $1.5 million annual revenues in 2000, Flightworks recorded $88.5 million annual income in 2008 through mostly organic growth plus one acquisition of Mountain Aviation

Scott’s years-worth experience in the aviation sector has helped him become a member of the Board of Directors of the National Air Transportation Association Air Charter Safety from 2007 until 2010.  He was also a member of the Georgia Business Aircraft Association Board of Directors from 2004 to 2007.  In 2010, he earned a G1159A Jet Type Rating on top of many other pilot ratings in both fixed wing and helicopter.
