A graduate of Ohio State University with a degree in Aviation Business Management, Scott Beale has successfully led a number of aviation companies.  He is the current Senior Vice President of Sales and Corporate Development at Tempus Applied Solutions, where he championed Department of Defense 32 CFR 861 Safety and Quality Compliance with operational implementation for FAA authorized part 135 flight operations division for Civil Aviation Review Board approval.

An accomplished entrepreneur, experienced professional CEO and President,  and business developer, he designed and implemented strategies that multiplied the revenues of the companies he developed and established.  As the former CEO and President of Aerodynamics Incorporated, he led its successful business turnaround with significant profitability within six months of taking up the leadership role.  His competencies in strategic and tactical planning, account development and acquisition, government contract management, financial reporting, regulatory compliance, budget management, operational execution, sales team training and supervision, and many others have made him the prime driver of success for the companies he developed, owned, and managed.

For over 20 years, Scott has demonstrated his leadership skills and business acumen by completing numerous multimillion-dollar acquisitions with full integration of the new business in the aviation sector.  And with continuous education and years of aircraft experience, he became a member of the Board of Directors of the National Air Transportation Association Air Charter Safety from 2004 to 2007.  His uncompromised philosophy centered on safety has led Flightworks Inc. to obtain an impressive incident and accident-free record under his leadership. And demonstrating further his expertise in business development, he founded, developed, and negotiated the land lease for The Paulding Jet Center with the Paulding County Airport Authority.
